Founder’s Message Holiday 2019 — MONQ
As we celebrate the holiday season and close out the year, I want to take the opportunity to reach out to our MONQ family and thank you for another wonderful year. We are so grateful to be part of your wellness journey.
While celebrations abound, we know the holiday season can be challenging with high demands on time, energy, and finances. Some may be grieving losses or simply challenged by family dynamics. The short days and full calendars can distract us from our sense of purpose and make us feel stressed and tense.
This season, I wish to encourage you to seek peace, happiness, and purpose in the chaos. Prepare your heart and mind for gatherings — perhaps breathe a few breaths of MONQ Therapeutic Air® to help center and ground you. Lift your spirit with the scents of nostalgia. Give yourself permission to simply be. In doing so, my hope is that you’ll end this year and enter 2020 ready to feel better, do better, and be better.
